Question 2

Question 4

How To Apply For A Refund?

Accepted Answer

If you haven't generated any data since your most recent payment, you can apply for a full refund. If the generation fails due to a system issue, we will automatically refund the corresponding points. To request a refund, please contact customer service or email support@Octask.ai. Refunds typically arrive within 5 business days; the exact time depends on the bank's processing speed.

Question 5

Why Did The Subscription Fail?

Accepted Answer

Common reasons for subscription/payment failure: Abnormal funds or status: Please ensure that the account balance is sufficient and that the linked bank card is in good standing, not expired or frozen. If the problem persists after trying again, please contact customer service for assistance support@Octask.ai.
